Foundation Vinyasa Flow YTT – 200hrs

The focus of the course is 50% on practicing and learning Vinyasa Teaching Techniques and Methodologies  ( includes learning hands-on assists) aiming at teaching Beginners to Intermediate level classes.
The remaining 50 % is dedicated to lectures on Anatomy, Ayurveda, Subtle body, philosophy and history of yoga.
This course is for you if you want to become a rich teacher that is capable of referring to Sacred texts for inspiration, is knowledgeable about both the physics and the mechanics of his/her own body as well as the Energetic body.
Moreover the integration of the basic principles of Ayurveda, History and Yoga philosophy , will allow you to be rooted in the tradition, giving you keys to unlock the richness of the Yoga practices and sparking a curiosity  for further growth and exploration.

Advanced Vinyasa Flow YTT – 300 Hrs

In this Advanced Training you will take whatever you heave learned in your previous Foundation YTT to the next level.

This is the time for your to grow and expand as a teacher and a  a yogi/ yogini exploring the various branches of Yoga more in depth , both in a Traditional and Contemporary way and learning how to integrate these interesting topics in your lifestyle and teachings.

We will concentrate and delve deeper into Bhakti, Tantra, Ayurveda, Advanced Sequencing, Yogic Lifestyle and Creativity.

You will learn more advanced yoga techniques and expand your library of knowledge to a point that will allow you to create and run classes for beginners – intermediate and advanced level students, to put together workshops and to organise yoga retreats and holidays.

This course is for you if you are interested in Yoga as a lifestyle and want taking your teaching to the next level.
